Milk Tea
Breastfeeding is so beautiful but it can also be hard, I know it from my own experience! Milk tea was created for mamas who want to naturally support their milk supply and its quality. It’s made with emmenagogues - herbs used for generations to enhance milk supply.
I invite you to create a mindful ritual when making your tea - take a few deep breaths or say a breastfeeding-friendly mantra like “My body nourishes my baby with ease and abundance“ while pouring water into the cup.
Ingredients
Fennel seeds*, alfalfa*, nettle*, red raspberry leaf*, fenugreek seeds*, marshmallow root*, love; * – certified organic
Directions
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1-2 tsp of tea, cover with a lid to get all the goodness of the herbs, and allow to steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain the herbs and add honey or other sweetener as desired. Enjoy 2-3 cups a day for best results.
