Mama Tea

from $16.00

One of the core pillars of postpartum healing is warmth and nourishment — and a warm cup of herbal tea combines both in a single ritual. Mama Tea is a loving blend of organic, mineral-rich herbs traditionally used to support the nervous system, womb, and overall vitality of new mothers. It was designed to replenish you — body and soul — during the tender postpartum period.

Motherhood often feels like “go, go, go,” but this is your invitation to slow down. Let the act of making tea become a moment of presence — a quiet ritual of self-care woven into your day.

Because when you nourish yourself, you nourish your baby, too.

Ingredients

Nettle*, oatstraw*, red raspberry leaf*, rosehips*, lemon balm*, motherwort*, chamomile*, marshmallow root*, love; * – certified organic

Directions

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2-3 tsp of tea, cover with a lid, and allow to steep for 10-20 minutes. Strain the herbs and add honey or other sweetener as desired. Alternatively, you can make a stronger infusion (=more minerals and goodness) by steeping the herbs with a lid on for up to 12 hours. Use 1/4 cup of herbs for a quart-sized jar. Once you strain the tea you can keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
